This performance was incredibly emotional for all of us. Lisa dedicated this beautiful routine to her beloved dog who passed away, using dance as a way to honor the memories they shared and help her through the healing process.
Watching Lisa express so much emotion while also challenging herself to learn and perform this routine was truly beautiful. It reminded us that dance can be so much more than movement. It can help us heal, inspire us, make us laugh, bring us joy, and give us a way to express the things that sometimes words simply can’t. ❤️
